To Richardson's: Sorry about that... Google glitched on me, my previous review was intended for a bagel restaurant in York!! Actual review of Richardson's NAPA in Patten: It's a SMALL auto parts store, they don't have much in stock but can usually order what you need if it's not on the shelf today. They focus more on auto repairs than parts sales I think. And to that end they do pretty good work. Good customer service, fair prices too. I only deducted a star because this is Patten and like every other store in this town they close up for the day earlier than I'd like. So check their hours before you call to make an appointment. One TEMPORARY down side is: as of October 2025 they are NOT doing state inspections and haven't been able to for a few months now, but they are trying to hir

I was in dire need of a replacement battery for my vehicle. The folks at NAPA Auto Parts -Richardson's, especially Kain, were awesome! Kain went the extra mile to travel to our camp and install a new battery. I am so grateful. Nate and his entire team at NAPA as well as the hardware store are the very best! Thank you so much!

Needed parts that failed us out on the trail, called during a break and they were in the store next morning for us by 6 AM so we could make repairs and take our next day trip. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff (plus they gave our pups treats while we stopped in). Truly appreciated the help and kindness!
