I just bought my 3rd saw from Riverside. Great customer service & a great price. It's worth it to me to drive the extra miles because I know I'm dealing with good, honest people.

If you paid 280.00 dollars for a wheel cylinder, a washer, and bleed the brakes. Then you get in your car 7 days later and the brakes go to the floor. I am writing to formally warn anyone who has mechanical issues DON'T GO HERE. IF YOU NEED AN AIR FILTER CHANGED OR OIL CHANGE OK. ANYTHING ELSE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I noticed this today I have never seen anyone who has dirty hands ✋️ in this garage.

These guys are the best. Every time my wife and I have needed to have our cars serviced they've done an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Dean, John, Jason, Daniel, and the whole team are true pros and great to work with, always going the extra step. Thanks Riverside!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I found what I needed on the app. Everything was wonderful except I wanted rear altima break pads and the hardware for 25.99......of course the lowest price was 38.00 and I had to have a stihl hat cause I love that the owner is a stihl dealer as well.......any ways there is

We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee to Riverside because it was making noise under the vehicle after I replaced my transmission fluid. Dean charged me a quarter of an hour for diagnosing and tightening my heat shield which was rattling. He also noticed that my inspection was overdue and completed the inspection for us. Most of the auto repair shops in the Winchester area would have ceased on this opportunity to find a bunch of other things wrong with my car and would have over charged for the repairs. We are so lucky we found a great shop and auto parts store right in our back yard. They do very good work at a reasonable price. Riverside is now my permanent go to place for parts and repairs on all three of our vehicles.
