Walk in to two guys eating their dinner. Neither say a word. One won’t look at me, the other just gives me this look of distain because I walked in during the feeding ritual. Unsure if I should just stand there, I blurt out that I’m looking for a part. I get a sigh, rubs the crumbs from his hands and starts on the computer. I felt really bad for the guy having to stop eating to look something up. Given the other guy wouldn’t even look up, he was my only option to engage with. Says he has two sizes of seals, there’s a 20 thousandths difference, and just sits there quiet. After an awkward pause, I say I’m unsure and start to get on my phone to try to figure out which one it is. He then asks front or rear, I say rear and he says he has the part. Called them to get greeted with a hold please,waited on phone for three or four minutes,ask about them having a oil filter they have 4,cool,so ask about Mobil delvac 1300 oil,told me to hold again,was left on hold about 10 minutes just to be told they are out of it,you can look at their website and buy the filters for 12dollars cheaper.they costed over 25 bucks,think I will be checking the three local parts stores on everything from now on

Took an partial load from Houston TX .. got here 1 day prior around 3:30pm and they didn’t wanted to unload.. not cuz they were too busy or had to unload too many trucks but because the forklift guy is Lazy… I’ve explained them that I have the first part of the load that is going to Alaska we are a team and only took this load cuz we had half trailer empty… besides the fact that they paid little to no money for this partial… asked to speak with an manager… they all gone🤦🏻‍♂️ such an joke of company👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Stay away from this business…lazy people will ruin your day

Have tried ordered oil twice now and it shows as in stock on the website for pickup so I place the order and both times I get a call saying they actually don't have it in stock. The last time I said ill just go to another store that actually has it and the rep on the phone says "by all means do so" Yep, Napa that right there just lost me as a customer.
