NAPA Auto Parts - RPM Auto Parts

I order parts from these guys probably 5-10 times per week. They are always friendly and 9.9/10 times have what I need. On the rare occasion they don’t have what I need, they get it ordered and delivered the same day or at least within 24hrs. They also have one hell of a delivery staff. They all know us by name and are always super fun to chat with.

Tansen as mentioned in another review- has gone above and beyond so selflessly to help me out. Today was my second time in to get codes read. I wasn’t able to get there until 15 min before close but it was clearly shown that Tansen cares I pass emissions as much as I do. He didn’t just scan the codes, but offered to reset them and even inspected and cleaned all parts related to the code. Would absolutely recommend this NAPA & vouch for Tansen as a major asset to the store!

Bought a $250-$280 battery that latest < 3 years . Went in 3 times where they tested it and saw that it was low, but kept telling me to keep driving it ( charging it ). The last time I came in they said they would warranty it but last second when I was taking the battery out they came and told me that they wouldn’t warranty it. They said I could buy a new one at a prorated cost without resetting the warranty .
