John the manager is a very nice hospitable welcoming man. The parts that my car needed were bought there and installed by the mechanic next door. Really lovely people now I know where I'm going to get everything I need moving forward.

This location is great, nice selection of parts and maintenance things you’d need for any vehicle. The only thing to look out for is the website as it advertises “Pick up today” option but you may not be able to pick it up same day. I understand that is not the store’s fault as much as it is whoever is in charge of promoting same-day pickup on the NAPA website. I ordered a part at 9am on a Monday and the order confirmation said would be available for pick up same day and I’d get an e-mail when it was ready. I needed it ASAP so I called the store for an ETA was told there was no ETA for same day so it might be the next morning. I did end up getting an email the next morning that it was ready for pick-up. Overall great service at the store location, but online can be a bit misleading. Will c

They treated an old NAPA retiree very well. Great quality products available, usually as good as or better than original equipment. Jon, the owner was great to talk to.

Last week, I went into Napa to see if I could get a new battery for my VW. I was told that they would give me a new one for free as it was still under warranty. I was told to go next door to Proctor's Precision and they would put the battery in for me. The gentleman at Napa was very nice and I thanked him for his help...he even jump started my car so that I could drive over to the mechanic. Long story short, the mechanic put the battery in, told me it was my alternator instead, collected $30 to install it and sent me on my way. My car ended up needing to be towed to VW in Brandon, who then told me the battery provided by this Napa had a dead cell. Overall, I am very displeased with this and will not be returning for any future purchases.
