The guys are Napa were amazing! Super helpful. We were traveling through my car was shaking he loaned us some tools after we hooked the car up to reader and figured out we needed a new coil. From downstate, and I got into St. Ignace for a running relay race for the weekend. My truck's battery had a low error on it. I needed a battery quick, and pulled up to Napa Auto Parts at 4:56 PM, right before they closed. Brian was awesome and so nice to work with. He stayed an extra 15 minutes late to ensure I got a new battery and helped me install it so I was good to go for the weekend. Very appreciative of his customer service, and just going above an beyond - because that's just what good people do! Thank you, Brian, and thank you, Napa!

There are a coyote of places in town for auto parts but I only go here. Brian is very helpful and is the part isn't in stock can sometimes get it in the same day or next day. I can get a veterans discount here as well.

I'm a boater out on Mackinac Island. I had a problem and need a new set of batteries for my boat. Brian and his team at NAPA St. Ignace got me a set the same day and delivered it to the ferry for transport over to the island. They didn't have to help me like they did but I sure appreciate it. Excellent service from these guys with top notch NAPA parts.
