NAPA Auto Parts - Salisbury

I don’t know why I went elsewhere. I’ve gone to these guys for parts to rebuild a geo and to fix my 6.2 diesel step van. Other stores kept giving me the wrong parts, one stop and they just went to the back and brought the correct one first try. I really appreciate the guys working here. Keep up the awesome job.

Has been super helpful with my check engine light. Didn't treat me differently because I'm female all of the parts I've ordered came in less then 3 hours

This was my first trip to this particular NAPA. Walking in I was greeted immediately and ask what I needed help with. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help with my needs. The part I came to get was a very hard to find part, but like normal NAPA had it!! I got what I needed and was on my way in short time. I highly recommend you stop in and see these fine folks and get the good parts you need for your vehicles!! I'll definitely be back!!

Ordered my part online and didn't receive a call that my part was in so I called the store and they can't find my part (that I have an order confirmation number for). Long story short, I had him search for the part and it was in stock... surprise!! I was charged more in the store than the price I was quoted online... which when I asked about that, Mark was quite rude and threw my debit card across the counter at me. They also didn't have the by the foot hose I needed. I will not return to this store. Also, no one in the store was wearing a mask (except myself and my girlfriend) even though it is the law. Took my additional parts business to Advance Auto down the way (I'm willing to wait the extra 2 days for my turn signal switch)...they had the hose I needed and the clerk was courteous and
