Myself and my wife bought several tools and a am/ fm radio the radio i bought when i was eorking in construction in 1998 and the W/D radio is still working to this day plus a magnetic parts tray from this location at 2 different times. And we love this location for the people and the prices keep up the great work you people do on a daily basis. We currently live in Provo utah now and we look forward to visiting our location here close by us too.

My experience was horrible. I went to pick up my order the older lady was very very rude. And her Co worker didn't help either. 60 mins to pick up my pre ordered items and received my text its ready for pick up but they act like im stupid while they dont go get my items I paid for. They just ignore me. . This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. I ended up canceling the order and my account. They even went as far as saying I didn't pay for anything when I clearly have proof. Im making sure everyone knows where not to but parts.

Don't buy anything here, I buy a battery here I get home connected the battery to my car and didn't work, but if I put other battery it works, I get back trying to get another battery and they said that the battery testing marks a good battery!! Short history they didn't acept that the battery that they sell to me was in a bad condition, I paid almost 400 dollars and the store manager was really mean. He didn't have a good customer service at all. They need more training

If I could give 0 stars I would and this is coming from someone who has never left a review below 5 stars. The manager and assistant manager were the absolute worst people I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with at any store. They both absolutely refused to do anything about the issue that was caused by an error on their website and made me spend $100 to fix it, saying it wasn’t their fault so why would they help me. Both of them swore at me, and the manager ended up throwing a rubber wheel seal at me across the counter because my tap to pay wasn’t working and I guess he got annoyed and just wanted me to leave. Placed an online order for store pickup for some Christmas gifts. Received a text at 2:02 pm today stating it was ready for pickup. Arrived at the store at 2:41 pm. Doors were locked and the business closed. Sign on the door says closes at 4pm Christmas Eve. Poor way to run a business that's linked to a major online retail site. There have been at least 6 other vehicles pull up to the store during the time it took me to write this review. Merry Christmas.
