These guys are very helpful. I've visited 3 stores in the valley and all had very good customer service. That says a lot considering good service at other auto stores is hard to come by, so much that I started believing good service didn't exist, not consistent good service anyways. They also have rare to find parts and lube from different manufacturers, which is what drew me into these stores. Keep up the good work 👍

Assistant manager Mark was absolutely rude! So incredibly disrespectful didn’t want to help us at all then got upset when we asked to be helped by someone else don’t recommend purchasing from him!! So disappointed in the costumer service here

Walked in and there was one employee laughing and chatting it up with someone and another employee who was doing nothing. Looked over at me and one other customer waiting then walked to the back and disappeared. Waited a couple minutes without being greeted then just walked out. I was just there to pick up an online order- which still shows as processing- 6 days later. How long does it take to pull 6 quarts of oil off the shelf and mark or as ready for pick-up?

Rudest staff I’ve encountered in a while…make you feel like your an inconvenience…not a customer. I’ll never go back. There’s an AutoZone a couple blocks away where I had a much better experience

Went in to find out how to exchange my girlfriends dead battery. I had called the store a couple of nights before and the nice woman and the manager that night told be to come in and get it tested. I don’t remember the woman’s name but I think the manager on duty was Mike. I said I didn’t have the receipt and was told they could go by the sticker on top. I said see you Saturday . I walk in on Saturday and heard a voice on the telephone and a guy doing work visible in the back. I wait and wait until I hear a voice in the distance can I help you.. a women in a desk well below view off to the left then asks do you have an account.. it caught me off guard and I said no.. then I tell her about the battery and the 10/23 sticker on top. She asked if I had a receipt I said no but it’s clearly in
