Very friendly and knowledgeable group. Prices are fair and competitive. After 5 years of going to all the stores 20 miles from me, and many online stores, I've decided that Napa is the go to. They have been the best in having what parts I need, when I need them. The guys here do not need for you to give them a part number to find what you're looking for. If you come in with a basic knowledge of your car, it makes it very enjoyable to come in and get the part you need. *Highly Recommend* this store. I told them yesterday this is the only parts store I'll be using from now on.

Great location, no secret governmental black helicopters anywhere to be seen. Apparently you can't by dealership exclusive parts here, which is what the part I normally am looking for is. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, just watch out for the shapeshifter, he might "borrow" your face for the day, but he is excellent at changing windshield wiper blades. Never been stabbed at this location, would have given 6 stars if possible.

This place isn't for the little guy. They seem to be targeting the garages in the area and don't need the walk-in business. They'll just look at you once in a while as they type away at their keyboards. OH, hopefully their buddy isn't leaning on the counter yapping about his weekend because you'll have to listen to it until you've gotten fed up enough to walk out.

This was a great day...showed up 15 mins before they officially open and to my surprise the door was wide open with helpful & courteous employees already hard at work. This was great!! Will definitely be going back!
