My name is Kassem. I have a company in Waltham mass trade Auto Center Inc. my car is broke down next. the mall Dave from Nepa is very good helping a lot. I called them. I ask him about the starter for my vehicle and he bring me the starter and tools and he stay with us a little bit. He’s a very good guy. Thanks for Napa. He has a great guys.

Terrible knowledge Auto Parts. I have an older hot rod. You ask him a question and they look at like you have three heads. If they don't like their job, they shouldn't work there. That's all I got to say.

Now I have only been in this location twice and both times my experience was less than pleasant. The first time I went in there I was asking questions about antifreeze and one of the employees starting laughing at my questions saying that they were comical. I'm just trying to make sure I get the proper antifreeze for my vehicle. My second time in there I was sold LED headlights that did not fit my vehicle and they attempted to refuse my return

Not a bad car wash but the tire shine is subpar at minimum. After going to the car wash, I usually check the car over to make sure it's good and notice that a third of the wheel was only shined on the passenger side
