NAPA Auto Parts - SANEL AUTO PARTS - MEREDITH, NH

I don’t normally write reviews, but this is getting ridiculous. I’m appalled by this NAPA. I drive an extra 10 minutes for the Ossipee one now (they’re great). Whenever I go in there they are extremely rude to everyone. I’ve talked to numerous people and all have the same experience. Today, my girlfriend went in there to pick up a tool for me and a worker made her extremely uncomfortable. He put his arm on her shoulder and she said it was incredibly creepy. Stay away

Website says they open at 8:00 am, message on their voicemail says they open at 7:00 am. They actually open at 7:30 am according to the counter person. Was able to find the battery I needed in stock and with the AAA discount and a NAPA rebate is was very reasonable. They just need to get their hours posted properly.

Peter was so nice! He looked up the size windshield wipers we needed, gave us recommendations on which to buy out of our options, AND he put them on for us in the freezing pouring rain/snow! So nice!

Needed an air filter because believed where I got my old changed because I didn't want to pay for a new one they figured it would be better without one. They did not have the lowest priced one in stock so took my number and got one from another napa later that day. I was called and picked it up later that day. When I went to install it I found there already was a new one in there. The oil change gave me one for free. Regardless the service and call was above par for most places. I am going to hold onto the filter I brought for next time.

Half the parts I get are the wrong part. Staff is short and unhelpful. Some of the older staff members take FOREVER to get you the wrong part. Was on hold with them over 5 min today, guy finally picks up the phone with "Yep?" "Ya I got 4" "nope we dont deliver sundays " no pleasantries
