Very happy with the expertise from the employees of this store. Not just parts pushers but real helpful folks. small but well stocked store. Clean and neatly arranged displays. Pricing was very fair beating most of the compaction around them. Store isn't a big storefront monstrosity but when you have the parts I want and at a fair price , who needs 3 aisles of air fresheners.

very very VERY disappointed with the customer service at this location. I had place a order for pick up and was coming down from Subaru of hayward, this store being the last stop out of the 4 different places I've went for different type of pick up orders. I show up a little before 4:30PM as I know the store closes at 5:00PM and that pick up at NAPA is fairly quick as everything has already been processed online. This was the last part that I needed to install my boost gauges as I've been held back due to thanksgiving and other events going on this week and have had time to go out the way to travel to all the stores. As I step out my car I can already see another stranger standing outside looking confused and I ask if they are closed. He replied stating "yes and that their store hours say

The experts there sold me the wrong thermostat. I did not discover the error until I had taken everything apart, and they would not bring me a new one. Had no way to get a new one and had to reinstall the old. Since the issue was a leaking waterpump I was able to drive the vehicle. Being a lady the attitude was "no big deal" she can't do anything about it.

Lots of parts are in this warehouse. People are friendly.
