NAPA Auto Parts - Santa Rosa Auto Parts

This store is located in the town square. My sister and I were eating next door at the Villa. We live on opposite sides of new mexico so we meet in Santa Rosa for lunch. After our lunch we were chatting by our cars saying goodbye, when a middle aged lady with dark brown curly hair came flying out of the store yelling at us. She stated ‘Are these your cars!?’ (We were parked right in front of the Villa, next door to NAPA) When we answered yes, she began to rant about how she could have us towed as we’ve been parked there for over an hour. We kindly replied that we were about to leave and were in fact parked in front of the restaurant and not NAPA. She then threatened to call the police and a tow truck. Placed my order for an oil filter and oil at 1 PM Friday . They said my order was ready at 2 PM I arrived at 3 PM and they’re closed! I understand that the small town but when mom and So run it, they can do as they please. They had my information and phone number they could have called before they closed! Definitely lost a good customer!

Hours are not accurate. Says it closes at 5 and I got there at 440 needing a battery and it looked like it’d been closed for a while. No lights, nobody inside.

Not good for small town 2 hour lunches don't evan know if they have the part

This is a very small store and must only have 1 employee as it was closed for lunch. I needed new wipers as was going east to rain country. Im sure there would have been no one to install them so waited until I got to a bigger town Did not feel like waiting 45 min for a person to return. Did have a few locals walk by and wave and say hello. Seemed to be a small town with few visitors.
