One of the best local parts store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Would recommend over others just on the customer service alone.

My go to place for quality parts and supplies. Guys are super helpful and very knowledgeable. Occasionally ordered items are a bit behind schedule but eventually show up.

I see now someone already informed you two months ago your posted hours are incorrect and they still are not updated. Drove 40 min to pick up my order and you're closed.

I sent my mom here at 9:40 am on a Sunday and they were closed, unreliable hours on their Google listing, very inconvenient.

Customer Service. In today's consumer environment when the customer has multiple stores to purchase similar parts... The employees of a particular store are important... the employees at the McIntosh location are people who recognize the customers as people who need help.
