We were in need of parts first thing in the morning. Tom went above and beyond to help us out. The whole crew at NAPA are great guys with fast and friendly service. Larry is the guy you need for all your auto mechanic needs with his knowledge and easy to talk to attitude. We love these guys!!!!
This store is great, these people are 'car guys' and it really matters. Parts are usually in stock and if not they get deliveries daily or even more often as they have multiple stores and can draw from their other store's stock. I enjoy coming in and sometimes after I'm done I hang out a bit to talk about my cars and their cars!
Larry sold me a $215.00 battery 09/23/23 and it failed 04/09/24 and he replaced it with out questions after it tested 9 - 12 volts, and he installed it himself both times. I will buy from his Napa again without fail, awesome service always!!!!!!!! John
