One of the guys came out and took a look at what we thought our issue was on our car. Ordered the part and it was there that day. Luckily, our dealership was willing to fix it because we had just gotten it. Napa gave us a refund right away. Good service.
My dad orders a lot of parts from here. I'm always in and out in a timely fashion. They will even load the truck for me without being asked so I don't have to get my hands dirty. (: I have also drove by and noticed one of the guys (Marcus) out front helping an older man with his car. How sweet is that? Thank you for the great service Napa.
