Employee was very miserable and irrational about online return. Complained and was miserable to me the whole time I was trying to be nice to him. Definitely not a store I would visit again. Prices are also expensive in store vs online. Even with promotions and sales. Better atmosphere at competitors. Less hassle and more helpful. The online delivery department also was unhelpful in tracking parts. Kept receiving messages saying it was in transit and Napa corporate didn't know where parts were. Even after delivery. Supposed to be the next day, but it took 4 days.

The gentleman behind the counter was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although they didn't have what I needed in stock, he told me it was on order.

I enjoy this Napa. Staff is friendly - I even tease their one counter man Dave -- that he reminds me of Ernest Borgnine - Lol. Because he really does. Lol.. Selection and prices are good. Crew is helpful and knowledgeable. Very good sale pricing!! For We the DIY ers !

Most knowledgeable and friendliest staff at all the local parts stores. Still the best staffed parts store in the area. When they don't have it they can usually have most things the next day.

Moe is always on his game. Great to talk to. And knows his stuff! If he doesn't have it he can get it usually in one day. Love the service here!
