NAPA Auto Parts - Sitka Motor Supply

Was told had to order the part out of Anchorage. The part arrived and to my astonishment the price had risen from 37 dollars to alittle under 50.00. And if that was not bad enough 12.00 shipping fee was added.From 37.00 to 73.00 i am in the wrong business...

Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable and kind. Go in if you need anything for your vehicles. They are great and will help you out with anything you might need.

I love this store, excellent customer service, I mean they should open up a mechanic shop next door.

I've only needed something from Napa probably a handful of times in the last 20 years. But every time I've gone the customer service has been outstanding. They come up to me and ask if I need help. They will research what I need if they don't know it right away. They have helped me put things on (windshield wipers). They carried a battery out to my car just to confirm it was the right fit even though the book/program said it was right model. They are great all around.

Great customer service. May have a limited selection. but for living in a remote place, they help a lot
