The service there is good I won't say they have the napa know how 😅 but nice group of fellas inventory is meh they have to order alot

Made a 10:30 appointment for a brake inspection. Handed them the keys and they asked "oh your waiting?" What did I make an appointment for? I didn't make and appointment to say get started whenever. I left after 40 minutes without the car even being touched. Again. What was the appointment for?

Order online at 5:15 pm! They said the would be filled in 30 minutes! Show up at 6:20 pm! The store is closed. Online hours open until 7pm! Sign on store window close at 5 pm. Change your hours online! Thank you! Pissed off!

First time customer and I just say I'm very pleased. I was constantly asking the woman at the counter to get me a bunch of parts I kept forgetting. She must have made a trip at least 3 times to the back for me after I let her know I had forgotten and she didn't lose her patience not one time. Good job

My husband has visited this store on several occasions and there is one employee who acts as if he is bothered by his presence or requests each time he has an encounter with him. His customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. He has no knowledge of merchandise or parts needed and he makes no attempt to assist.
