There was two ladies there who were so incredible to me. From the moment I walked in they helped me with my wiper blades and even went out and installed them for me after I said no I’m okay then I couldn’t get it. Thankful for those two ladies! And the wipers were cheaper there than anywhere else!

Super fast battery purchasing visit. Brought in my old battery and the man got me the exact one, rung up and out the door in about 5 minutes. Fantastic service! Will only come here for my batteries.

Very expensive, and the female clerk was unfriendly and minimally helpful and actually seemed to resent my presence and barely tolerated any basic questions (bored, disinterested and lazy would be a good description of her attitude). They did have what I needed but it was extremely overpriced -- if I hadn't been pressed for time I would have just walked out and gotten the part online for half the price. This was probably around a year ago, but I definitely won't be coming back if I can help it.

I love napa. In CAPITOL LETTERS. When O'Reilly, auto zone, or advance auto, can't deliver. Have to special order something. Or let me down. Which is more than you can imagine. Napa always comes through. With flying colors. And best of all they usually have what I need in stock.
