NAPA Auto Parts

Closed Sundays. Supposedly confirmed by the business last week saying they are open Sundays. This has been over at least 3 weeks now. I come by here anyway on Sundays for other business and would like to buy stuff since I'm near here.

Can't even reach the store. Can't even enter the store. Skipped the line and called directly to customer service who also called the store to no avail. But then it gets better! Customer service claims to move it up the chain to be investigated but then goes completely silent and sends me to review. This privatly owned location probably won't last! If hours are only mon-thursday then update your hours on Google. If napa is not open on a Sunday then don't say you are on Google. The main platform every single phone uses!

I stopped by to purchase about $500 in merchandise but needed to use the restroom before completing my transaction. A young employee at the counter informed me that no restroom was available. I went to O'Reilly instead, where they always have a restroom, and completed my auto parts purchase there. It’s surprising that NAPA Auto doesn’t provide a restroom for customers. I won’t be returning for my business automotive needs.

Very disappointed in the location on battlefield, got there at 5:45pm, since the store closes at 6. There were 3 employees in front of the doors, when u went to open the door,I was stopped by a female worker who claimed they were already closed. They were only there for a staff meeting. When I mentioned that they were normally open until 6, I was told that they are short staffed so they closed early. No sign posted about closing early anywhere, I dont think I will return to this location, if I go back at all.

Tried calling 3 times just to ask if they had a 10 spline lug nut key and got hung up on all 3 times. I've never shopped there and probably never will now.
