NAPA Auto Parts - Springfield

The guy at the cashier was very professional so not giving this place a one star. However, the day before, store was already closed when I got there after 6pm when the website says it's open until 7. They only indicate 6pm at the store. Wasted time and gas.

I know corporate thinks they close at 7 on weekdays, but they in reality close at 6. I've heard from their employees that they've had fights with corporate over the posted hours. But when there is a mismatch, it's the customers who suffer.

I hope they close this place down. Disrespectful employees at the highest degree. I've been shopping at Napa for almost 20 years. The return policy has changed and the parts aren't what they used to be. Went in for return with lifetime warranty and was met with an attitude that did make sense. Like one of the previous reviewers mention, I was heckled the whole time about a return. Told I can't return it because it's not bought in that store. Call the store in AZ and they told me that this store is being ridiculous. Called customer service and they stated that that's a corporate location and not a franchise. They should warranty the item. PEOPLE, unless you plan to go to that store for the rest of your life, don't buy any parts at any Napa locations. Otherwise you have to do a "hike". In my
