Not very friendly, not very helpful. It was in the middle of my first transaction that I remembered my buddy mentioning the family owned business and how he'd never deal with them... edit, after reading some of the other reviews looks like I'm not the only one with this level of experience.

Great place to go not only for auto parts but absolutely great customer service. They care! For a single lady who knows nothing about cars this is priceless. They helped me solve a problem the auto shop didn't! Wow! Thank you!

I dont like leaving poor reviews - that said some of the absolute worst customer service that I've experienced. Would highly recommend to stay away from this place. Purchased a battery from them - couldn't keep it and when i tried to return it they gave me the complete run around for more than a month. Finally decided to go back, drop off the battery without a refund (since they still would not provide a refund) and have my credit card company issue a charge back. They really have 0 understanding of how to treat a customer, and dont seem to care at all. Really any other auto part store would be better than buying from this place. Good luck if you decide to buy from them, and need to take it back for a refund.

Bought a pair of pliers but it wasn't the right players that I needed. They were very pushy and rude when I was purchasing the pliers asking what I was buying it for and when I run to return it because it wasn't the pliers I needed. They told me that I shouldn't use it if it's not the one I needed. I told him I didn't use it because I didn't need it and they just made me feel uncomfortable. Definitely does not reflect the qualities Napa is known for. Not a great Napa.

I needed a fog light for my Nissan Versa. The gentleman was able to locate a bulb for me. He went above and beyond the call of duty by helping locate a garage to install in a jiffy. Highly recommended! ☺️
