NAPA Auto Parts - Stanley Auto & Truck

Great parts store.. This Napa has plenty of parts on hand and can get you out a bind 7 days a week. They have been able to order me parts that I've had a hard time finding online and at all other stores.

I purchased a battery a couple days ago, and while it initially seemed to solve my problem, it didn't last. After much testing and cleaning to eliminate other causes, it seemed the new battery must be bad. I expected a little push back at least, but the gents at this Napa put it right on a computer tester, which told us it had a bad cell. They warrantied me a new one, and now my Suburban starts just fine again. I am happy to see the Napa customer service and friendliness is still alive and well in Stanley, ND.

Do not buy napa kits. Lifetime warranty is garbage. They will not warranty.

Seems like they have a lot of stuff in their building however every time I've gone there for pretty routine run-of-the-mill parts for widely popular vehicles they have said they would have to order it. No thanks, if I wanted to wait a week I wouldn't have came in, I'd have used this fancy thing they have nowadays...... the internet.
