Great customer service! These guys helped me when the other parts stores in town looked at me like I was crazy! They actually seem to know about parts and engines versus just working a job. Great group of local guys here!

NAPA's online ordering process was easy and helpful. They had an item that was otherwise difficult to find, and it was ready for me to pick up the next day. Mr. Poole squared me away when I arrived, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Smooth process from start to finish ... 5 Stars all the way.
Very nice and helpful staff. They had a vehicle part my parents needed and held it for me until I could get there. Price was very reasonable and allowed us to make a repair ourselves and save time and money. I recommend NAPA Flowers Auto Parts for auto parts and excellent customer service.
