Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant! Needed to replace license plate light bulb for 2009 Eclipse, could be ticketed as equipment violation. Bulb was original to car, no longer had identifiers on it. The NAPA person was determined to find the bulb in their extensive inventory, which he did! Very appreciative! Will definitely go there first for any future needs.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. NAPA advised me of which type of lugnuts were the best and most cost effective for my 2013 Infiniti G37. Thank you!!
The young man at NAPA saw me toting my battery into the store and he rushed around the counter and took if from me. Just made it through the door when he got to me. Not only did he do that he went on the floor to search for what I needed instead of me having to. Donalsonville NAPA has a winner in this young man. He even remembered talking to me yesterday just from hearing my voice.
Good people to deal with. Very helpful. Best parts store I have been in.
