Take these 5 stars and multiply them by 100 and then maybe I would get close to describing how incredible this Napa auto parts store location in Burlington Colorado is! To guiding us on tools, providing encouragement, ride back to our hotel and multiple unrequested check ins along with bringing back items we needed this store went above and beyond the call of duty. From the 3 ladies from Oklahoma and Texas, Barry, Barrett, Dave, and Rick you all are standout humans!!! Thank you!

Five stars is not enough - Rick, Dave, Barry, and Barrett at the Burlington, CO NAPA are the real deal! To say they went above and beyond doesn’t even describe how they helped us be successful in changing our alternator. We need an alternator, battery, and ALL the tools. Barry helped us find all our tools and parts, Dave allowed us to borrow a specialty tool so we didn’t have to purchase it, and Rick brought us tools on site and checked on us to ensure we were able to repair our vehicle and weren’t left stranded! THANK YOU guys for having big hearts and for ever single thing you did to help us! We appreciate you! NAPA in Burlington, Co will forever have a place in our hearts!

These guys usually have everything I need on hand and if they don't they have it next day and they are great to deal with and very knowledgeable would recommend!!

If I could give more than five stars I would. We needed an alternator and we're in Limon Colorado and Burlington was the only location that had one nearby and they took time out of their business schedule to drive all the way to Lyman to deliver if an alternator. It was truly appreciated. Thank you to the guy who delivered it.

The manager brought a part all the way to Limon cause we were broke down and the Napa in Limon didn't have the part. Not many places will do that. The people in Burlington Colorado are a bunch of nice people that will give a hand out when needed. Thanks again!!!
