The best auto parts store in Jackson. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. NAPA parts are top quality. I have never had a bad part from NAPA. The inventory is big and diverse.

This is honestly the best place to get parts. They always cross reference the parts I asked for and they get it right. I will continue to use Napa and I am excited for their store remodel. I run a mobile mechanic business called Devil's Hand diesel and so far Napa has not let me down with parts. Also their customer service is by far the best. Even if they are busy they treat you well which is rare. I highly recommend this location.

One they ordered the wrong part.. 2 my vehicle, it was sitting out there to cross-reference The part.. Was not helpful rude, and they had the part sitting on the dam Shelf.. You're better off heading down to jackson to the better napa , helpful and respectful...

I'm a napa guy, for a long time. I understand that sometimes there products aren't the best, but I always can count on knowledge and friendly service when I stop in. Both Napa's in Jackson are good, I frequent this one because of convenience. But everyone I speak to always is very helpful getting me what I need. Warranty replacements have always gone smoothly. A great local business

I walked into this place and was stared directly into my eyes and was looked up and down a few times .(wearing uniform) all 3 workers didnt even acknowledge me after the fact 🤣🤦‍♂️ Another old gentleman (white man) just walk past me and they served him first before me while I was patiently waiting in line . 🤷‍♂️ I just decided to walk out . I had been warned about this place before. To anyone whom is ethic looking please avoid this place. Then they wonder why all these towns up in the mountains get a bad reputation 🤣🤣🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ never again .
