Gave me trouble returning a 2 month old battery for a new one. Will never walk through the doors again. Horrible customer service.

Rob and Ed are the 2 best auto part salesmen in the area. Ed spent about 10 minutes searching every shelf in their backroom for the part I needed, then Rob personally went out to the parking lot and crawled under my truck to make sure it was the right one. THAT is top-notch salesmanship!

I've been putting off replacing the wipers on my vehicle because every time I try to do something like that I end up with a mess. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer. I went to NAPA and purchased them. Rob asked me if I needed anything else. Joking, I said "not unless you install." Rob quickly volunteered to do it for me and wouldn't let me pay him for the installation. I'm sure I was also cutting into his lunch break. Service above and beyond! He and Diana(?) were a delight to deal with.

Rob was great today! He was very knowledgeable and helpful (and polite). He explained what the possible problem(s) were that my SUV was having and offered solutions.

I've since changed my mind. They have a great crew now. New management? New crew is professional and friendly. Old review : Everyone seems to have marbles in their mouths and do not have a lick of respect for anyone. Lazy. Slow.
