These guys were awesome! I pulled in early in the morning with some issues. Realized the serpentine belt was gone. They found the parts for me and loaned me the tools. Really helped me out. Thank you! Note: I got a flat tire from a bolt on the road 30 minutes away but that's what I get for trying to travel on Friday the 13th

Richard is quite helpful, this review excludes him entirely. I understand that the employees here are not paid mechanics, but asking some general questions to better understand what part it is that you might need should not be such an annoyance for them. The taller slender gentleman with glasses is so unpleasant to work with, that I’m discouraged from shopping here. Putting forth some effort to help assist your customers better is all I would recommend.

We broke down just 15 mins from Julesburg. We called around no one had our part. Curt said he could get the part but it wouldn't be in until the next day. No problem We were in a truck stop so we could wait. He asked how we were going to pick it up. No clue we hadn't gotten that far yet. Curt said he was heading our way tomorrow morning and would be willing to drop it off. What a life saver Curt was!! Thank you so much!!

Driving from the mountains to MN. Hard plastic piece protection plate under the car let loose and was dragging on the ground. Stopped at Napa and received amazing service!!! Curt went above and beyond to help me out. We were back on the road in no time. Would stop here anytime!! Amazing service!!!

broke two lug nut studs, so being stuck on the highway.. called these guys. they were kind, polite, professional and fast to deliver me the parts and the few tools I needed. thank you guys, God bless you.
