NAPA Auto Parts - The Hole Works

I worked with these guys to rent an excavator for my basement and I could not have been happier with the customer service, their flexibility and how dang easy it was to get things rolling. They always returned calls quickly and made the whole thing a cinch. I would gladly do business with them again!

Great folks, great service. Once they know you, they warm right up to you. Business oriented, and are always good to their customers. Went in with no knowledge of what I was doing or getting, left with full knowledge, and the correct part. Hell, even learned how the part was made! Awesome lil spot.

Appreciate follow up on my review

Had an accident back in January during a particularly nasty bit of weather. Tow driver named Mike came out, drove me to where I needed to go, and was incredibly supportive after the accident. Since the store is affiliated with AAA, they will usually respond to accidents around the Franklinville area for members. They couldn't have chosen a better company for that job. Mike, you rock dude and I hope that things are going well for you.
