NAPA Auto Parts - THE PARTS HOUSE INC

We are from PA traveling to FL and had truck issues. We needed fuel and water filters for our diesel truck, went to autozone and they looked at us like we had 2 heads lol. But went to this store and the guy went above and beyond to try and get us the right filters. Unfortunately we didn't get his name but he was awesome and very helpful!

Most of the time our Napa in Hardeeville has what I need in stocked but when they don't it's not far away. I appreciate the knowledgeable kind staff also.

Extremely rude management. Tried to return an expensive battery that I purchased at a different Napa location. Was told they didn't want to hear about it and to return it where I bought it. Not easy to do when the battery in your vehicle is defective. Hard to explain how nasty this woman was.

These guys are so friendly and helpful. This was the first time I went there but the price and drive was worth it.

I’m particularly fond of the two NAPA Auto Parts stores near my home. However, the representatives at this location are fast and friendly, realizing that I was in a rush while traveling through the area.
