Went to purchase a few bolts yesterday for a project, Manager actually just gave me what I needed at no charge. If you are in the area and need parts. I highly recommend great . Thanks and I was able to get my project going.
Great selection and service!
This store isn't my first choice when seeking parts for my daily driver. The service is decent. You will usually have to wait for most parts because they will have to special order specific parts. The prices here are higher than most other places. If you are in a bind and needing parts it is either hit or miss. You will be lucky if the part you are looking for is in stock. If you are looking for really basic stuff you can find it here and by basic I mean fluids, tools, batteries..etc.
Great customer service. They can get most non stocked parts next day. Gil and crew are tops in my book.
Flip a coin, if Gilbert is there then the transaction goes quite smooth, if Neil is there he's got some passive aggressive issues and I'll walk out when I see him at the counter. As for the quality of Napa products, as they say, your mileage may vary.
