NAPA Auto Parts - Tonopah

I am so grateful for Jay and the rest of the team at the Tonapah Napa Auto parts store. I drove there on Wednesday in a rental (2025 Range Rover) that was telling me that it was low on coolant. Jay looked up the type, and it was unlisted. We called rental car co.. finally found it. They did not have it. He called Hawthorne location and had them hold the last bottle for me. He also told me what to do if it overheated while driving back through the desert. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Thanks to him and Will and Jared (Hawthorne) I made it back to Reno. Jay treated the store as someone who owns the store, not just an employee. Super impressed!!! Thank you!

They had what I needed and very good service.

I have no idea whether you have quality auto parts or not. However, whoever was driving north on 396 needs to turn signals and brake lights. Get them fixed. Either learn to drive or stay off the road.

I give out very few five star reviews. You need a next level to set some businesses apart and the staff at this NAPA certainly succeeded. I had a vehicle problem and needed a new battery. The guys I delt with we're great. They even installed the battery for me. Extremely helpful. Many thanks.

My trailer wheel cracked taking the wheel studs with it. I called this NAPA store 30 minutes prior to closing. They waited for me to get there and Joe the manager found the parts I needed to get back on the road. He even gave me a ride back to my vehicle. The employees here are awesome. You definitely need to get your parts here. I would give them 6 stars if it were possible.
