These guys went above and beyond any expectations we might have had. Our van’s alternator went out while we were driving through this small town of Grand Coulee, WA, so we pulled into their lot with the hope of buying the parts we needed. They didn’t have it, but they got on the phone until they found it. They found us a great camping spot for the night and even found a mechanic willing to put it in for us the next morning! When the part didn’t arrive with their shipment the next morning, they sent someone from their store to go get it for us! It’s been a long time since we’ve had customer service this great! Thank you NAPA guys in Grand Coulee! You saved our vacation!

We have been traveling for over a month. We started having alternator issues. They were the nicest guys around. The part wouldn’t come in till the next morning. They hooked us up with a campground. . Offered to follow us there to make sure we made it. They called to check on us. They even got us a mechanic to put the part on!!

Got to me fast and helped me with a return and finding the correct size belt I needed

Been going here for years mainly because they're the only part store in town.. Most of the time they're friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sometimes I get a little weird vibe (maybe some type of prejudice). Not sure. But the guys that been there the longest are the most friendly.
