I was having a battery issue. An employee tested my battery and charging system and they were fine. They saved me from spending money unneccesarily. 5 stars!

Been trying all morning to talk to the Parts Department. One person (Mondo?) picks up the phone and says "please hold" and never picks up the phone again! Losing sales!

Fast and friendly. Showed me how to put on a wiper on my daughters car. They didn't have to do that... above and beyond. Unlike O'Reillys down the street, who wouldn't even check me out because the register wasn't 'their job' and finding a cashier wasn't either. This place has my business.

I've been in several times for a few small items that had what it needed or got it ordered in quick enough.

I've been there lots of times, I'm not impressed by the parts counter guys ,they act like I'm a nuisance to them ,what they don't understand is I've been a napa account holder for many years and I definitely prefer the napa products, and their ordering system and of course the warranty they offer, I do miss my prolink account however, us guys should be able to keep those accounts if we've been active for 20 years, I like to bring my own part numbers when I go to the store.
