Stopped in last night to get new wind shield wipers. DJ was so helpful, found exactly what I needed and offered to install them. He was a little unsure of the installation process, but didn't give up and figured it out for me. No more squeaky wipers, the customer service was extremely appreciated!

I've been using this branch for about 4 months, and I've been met with nothing but disappointment. Calling in my parts orders only leads to a major delay and at least 60% of my parts are off by a number or two. I've started driving in to order, with part numbers off the napa web site, price and complete vehicle information handed over on paper. They still manage to mess up the order. This is by far the worst Napa I've ever had the displeasure of relaying on for my parts. Time to shut this shop down

Went in last Thursday to pick up some new windshield wipers for my car. I didn’t know what kind to get so I asked for help and they helped me select the correct wiper blades for my car and sure enough they fit perfectly. Service was good.
