NAPA Auto Parts

Driving through from Wisconsin on a road trip. Serpentine belt blew up on the North Cascades Highway at around 10pm. Car camped in Winthrop and then got towed to this Napa to buy a new belt. The people here were remarkably helpful and knowledgeable. They seemed to genuinely want us to get back on the road. In the best way possible, I hope I never have to see them again! :))

Brendt is amazing! He went above and beyond to get an obscure part for my Kawasaki motorcycle that NAPA didn't carry. What a hero!

We got stuck in town with car problems that forced us to stay overnight. Arrived at the store shortly after they opened, received very personalized attention, and they were able to help with the problem! Very appreciative of this small town auto parts store!!

What a great place! We were broken down on a Sunday. We arrived right at closing time looking for a tool which, due to a recent sale, was sold out. The owner offered to lend us one from his home shop, but once we got there he realized he had already lent it out to someone else. So he let us use his grinder to modify a tool we already had. About an hour later we were on our way. This goes beyond small-town hospitality. Its outstanding customer service!.

Great as always!! Denver's was happy to help me putting oil in my rig. It was really nice to visit a minute with one of the first people I met in the Valley.
