NAPA Auto Parts

Usually have a great experience but today was quite the opposite. After calling about parts that were supposed to be arriving between 12:00-1:00 I was put on hold for 19 minutes, when I finally got an answer I was told my parts were actually coming in at 5:30 while I was in the middle of a tear down for a customer. From 5:40 until closing at 6:00 I called 5 times and no one picked up and even let the line ring. Incredibly poor customer service especially knowing they sit right next to the phone. Expected a call back with some type of update or eta which they’re usually good at but I guess today was different.

There amazing here!!! Very friendly ,very helpful. They don't make you feel stupid if you don't know something. Always willing to answer any questions. Will always recommend them!

Christina was awesome, helped me with getting the right part. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. The part was affordable. I appreciate her taking the time to make sure all we got the situation properly taken care of.

Don’t come here. They sold me the wrong battery but insisted it was the correct one. It screwed up my car. I went back to get the right battery and they wouldn’t do anything. They were rude and wouldn’t honor the warranty or admit their mistake. They insisted I pay full price. So I went somewhere else. Again, do not go here. Choose somewhere else! They’re rude, not very knowledgeable and inconsistent.

Placed online pickup order 2 hours before close for a common exhaust flange gasket which they had in stock. Arrived an hour before they closed to the worker slightly holding the door open informing me they are closing early due to staff shortage. When I asked if he could just retrieve the part he said that it hasn't been recieved yet and that it takes time (complete BS). Autozone down the street was able to retrieve the part in 20 seconds without pre order online, for almost half the price. Its unfortunate because Napa usually seems to hold higher standards for their employee background and knowledge than other auto parts and thats why I USED to give them my business.
