I'd say call before showing up for a part but I'm not sure that'll help. The bald light skin guy & the glasses with an accent were useless. I called ahead to confirm they have a hose I need & I'm told they got it in stock. I show up and there's 1 foot of hose in stock 🙄 I asked when they'll have more in stock and glasses looks at me confused then told me he "wasn't sure". Won't be back. Autozone has better customer service

I'm done with the other auto parts stores (I won't dignify giving those other store names here) because NAPA auto parts stores has treated me with respect and like I belong every time I go there for my car parts needs

Auto zone wanted me to ship a tiny item and then add like $15 for a $5 part said wasn't in stock came here ordered online in stock got help quickly and was out

Ordered the part online, was ready when I got there. Store a little rough around the edges, but the guy was nice! **Update** SameSame, this time I called ahead, customer service was great, thanks!
