NAPA Auto Parts - Vernonia Auto LLC

I came into the store about 3:30 today and threw we're 3 people behind the counter( 2 ladies and a boy. I asked if I could get a part for my truck, the boy said sure he went in back to look. He came out with a parts box with assorted sizes , he took one out and said this will work but it was about a half inch too long. When I pointed that out, he told me that it will only have a half inch extra threads. I told him that it was not the correct part he threw the part back in the box ,slamed the lid and took it back to the parts area. When he came back out I told him that was uncalled for but he did not seem to care at all. If I ever come back I will just leave if he is there.

Everyone is more than helpful and if they don't have it in stock they will get it from the valley, usually the same day. So helpful they came out and got my battery and brought my new one out and loaded it in the car for me. Love them all.

Despite looking as a smaller size NAPA store it actually is a big store, all you would find in other NAPA stores are available at this store. As for the staff what I can say this is Vernonia this is a town with that feel of being in a real western culture and all the friendly folks that will make your day a super positive day and folks at this NAPA store are no exception. Some other stores may be a bit stressful for customers who are not entirely mechanically inclined that is not the case at this store, they are knowledgeable and they will get you the quality NAPA parts you need in a very cool and friendly atmosphere. Double tumbs for this NAPA store.

The folks at NAPA are so informative, and if they don't have it in stock (rare) they get it for me in just a couple days! Super to have such great service locally!
