Yesterday I was in need of a belt for my snow blower, I searched the entire city of Rome but got no luck and several people who didn’t even try to help me. I finally went to Napa store on Erie Blvd in Rome and explained what I need to the female employee at the desk.,She was gracious and knowledgeable. I was so thankful that I had finally found someone who not only did her job but was knowledgeable with a smile. Thank you, I will shop here again for all my future needs. I highly recommend this location for all your vehicle needs. 5 Stars *****
