Both Justin's helped me. Bought a new interstate battery. Napa kind of advertisers that they will install a new battery bought from them, as long as it's not too complicated. Even though I have a 12 year old vehicle they deemed it too complicated to install the battery, so they did not install it. No big deal. I took it to a nearby garage and had them install it for $40, and returned the old battery for a $20 refund at Napa. Really great service, highly recommended! I'll be back.
They had a belt I could not find any where. Every other store wanted to custom order it for nearly twice the price with shipping. They'll be my go to auto parts store.
Ace, tractor supply, O'Reilly's didn't have it, but Napa did.
Went in for a specific sparkplug and they had it. Always a nice and friendly auto store.
This NAPA is actually a time machine. It takes you back to the days where the people at a parts store know their stuff and sell quality parts.
