Thomas at NAPA in Woodsboro Maryland went above and beyond great service. Even though changing a headlight is usually not a service offered, Thomas kindly did. Due to circumstances, I needed help. It was greatly appreciated especially since I was going to travel later that night.
Nice place, lots of inventory and good prices. Helps when the people that work there know their stuff. They sure did here. Very happy with service.
I show up at NAPA in Woodsboro with seemingly impossible automotive problems and Thomas Bounds helps me work through them and get back on the road.. He always goes above and beyond..
Whether on a budget or not they have the parts for you. Most staff has a good knowledge of vehicles and is willing to spend time helping you figure things out
