NAPA Auto Parts - WALL AUTOMOTIVE GROUP

I have always highly respected any NAPA I've dealt with. Great help and good parts. To me.....NAPA usually has just flat out better parts....like I told my Wife once after dealing with other parts stores......look Babe......even the box is of better quality......but for real.....better parts for usually better prices......and even if they are a little more costly......I'm tell'n Ya.....IT'S WORTH IT.

Went to get bulbs for my turn signals. Pretty decent store with a variety of stuff for your car. Employees were complacent and did not have friendly expressions.

Old school parts guys here… I can put an old item on the counter and they already know what it is without having to ask if my vehicle has a CD player.

NAPA is the parts store you go to when you want better quality and knowledgeable service.

Integrity and honesty is alive and well at New Smyrna NAPA Auto Parts! I was quoted a price for a couple of parts that needed to be ordered and would be delivered the next day. Note that this was the only local parts store that was able to find the correct part. (The other places claimed they could get it, but the generic, universal part they sell is close, but not correct.) I was called the next day and told my parts were in at the time expected. I drove right over and upon arrival, I was handed the the parts and was surprised to see they were in OEM boxes. I was told there was an issue with their usual supplier and they had to get these from the local OEM dealership. He immediately made clear that the price I was quoted was the price I was going to pay. He showed me the invoice which sho
