Driving through southern Iowa on an overcast Saturday. Rain came up and I turned on my wipers. Squeak squeak squeak squeak. I stopped for a set of wiper blades, in and out the door quickly. Very helpful folks, the gentleman even came out in the rain to make sure I got them swapped out without trouble and he took my old wipers to the trash for me. Iowa hospitality at its best.

Very helpful folks. I was working near Lineville on a nasty freezing rain kind of day. I needed a push button start switch to make something work until I could get the right part ordered. The MFA Napa was closed in Lineville. I drove over to Leon and this store was open. They greeted me and asked what they could help me with. Feller took me over to the switch I was looking for and showed me another one as well. Anyway, they got me taken care of. I'm glad they were open.

Stranded with a group of four adults and three kids. Kyle came and saved the day. He brought us the part we needed to get on the road again! He even had tools that assisted us in fixing the van. Customer service is the best! I was stuck in Bethany in an RV about 40 min away and they found a new starter for me and delivered right to me. Many thanks to Watson and would definitely recommend them to anyone

Current owner won't give cash back for returned part, says he carries no currency on hand. Then passes off a bogus gift card that when attempting to use at another Napa won't work and other Napa store worker says that this is a known fact. Ridiculous!!
