NAPA Auto Parts

I’ve had a great experience with this NAPA Auto Parts store. A few week ago, I called to order spark plugs and an ignition coil, and the customer service over the phone was excellent. When I came in to pick up the parts, everything was ready and waiting for me. That same week on Saturday, I called again to order brake pads, and once again the service was great. The parts were ready when I arrived. Today (Monday), I came back to pick up the rear brake parts for my truck, and the experience was just as good. The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is clean, well-organized, and they always seem to have exactly what I need. I haven’t had to go to any other auto parts store because they take care of everything here. Highly recommended!

Bought a battery here and forgot to bring the old one. They allow you to come back later to get a refund for the core charge, which I did. Very nice employees.

I don’t know if you guys just don’t know how to do orders or if you don’t know how to make sure that parts are correct. But I ordered a whole front end rebuild essentially and then went to Richfield to go do it at my father’s house because he had a lift. I had it torn apart and come to find out half of the order is completely incorrect and was not even close. So I had to go out and spend double what I spent with this to get the correct parts. Definitely would like somebody to reach out if you could leave an email or a phone number that I could reach out to that would be great.
