NAPA Auto Parts - West Norriton

Worst parts place on Main street. Ive lived in the area for 5 years and everytime I need a part, this NAPA is always at the bottom of my list of places to go and its by far the closest to me than Autozone and Advance Auto. They NEVER have what you need, people there are rude and talk to you as if you don't know anything about what you need, and always tells you to go elsewhere for parts. They need to close this place down and replace it with an advance auto parts. Maybe then it'll actually be a good place to go.

I went to this store, years ago, certain employee thinks he is so important, not a nice person, very abusive towards the customer (s) in General!

Customer service has been above and beyond with Kathy and Ben. I do basic work on my family's cars and have been able to order online and pickup easily. I received a call from Kathy within 5 min of placing the order about a part that would be available next day so I wouldn't be left waiting for confirmation. I was also offered a cart to carry an almost 70lb battery out to my vehicle, very helpful. Quality of parts is on the higher end of auto stores and the warranties are easy to process when needed. I recommend this location. The only negative would be limited store hours but that can be worked around.

Currently have a $200 credit that apparently can't be used on weekends. Pathetic customer service and incompetence on weekends. How can you not use a NAPA gift card without a manager present?! Manger has yet to be there on a Saturday. Forget corporate customer service support too, they only take calls M-F 9-5. Awful awful awful
