I'm kicking myself because it's been months and I can't remember the woman's name. She was amazing. We were on a roadtrip and in a bind. The switch on our tongue jack broke so I took a shot on this Napa. I explained what I needed. She looked at her co-worker, described this random tiny box on a shelf somewhere in the back, smaller than a shoebox. The co-worker returned with the box. It was filled with various little switches. She pulled out the exact replacement for my switch and sent me on my way. It was an easy swap and we didn't have a bit of trouble the rest of the trip. Everybody here was very friendly and helpful.
Great to have a Napa store basically in the middle of nowhere with all the parts that I needed store was very neat. Well kept Colton did a great job helping me out and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend stopping there if you need anything Automotive.
6/4/24 busted a coolant hose on my semi going over the pass by the time I got it patched up and limped into town it was just before closing. The ladies working were super friendly, helpful and patient as I made multiple trips in and out of the store making sure i could get the truck home in one piece....Thanks again!
Friendly, knowledge, and helpful people. If they don't have what you need, they'll do their best to find it and get it for you.
So friendly and helpful, we were from out of state had our AC go out. Parts were ordered and in the next day. GREAT SERVICE!!
